Shenzhen is one of the fastest growing cities on earth, but it now needs to reconnect with its natural water systems. James Corner Field Operations' new urban plan for its brand new waterfront Qianhai district achieves that goal with its ecological and cutting edge urban design. Playhou.se created this 2D and 3D motion graphics animations urban planning video for presentation to the Shenzhen government run design competition jury, which awarded it First Prize.
