Playhou.se created this realistic 3D walkthrough animation to visualize Zeigler Cooper Architects' design for the renovation of the 98 San Jacinto office building in Austin, TX. The 3D flythrough and architectural rendering in the video focused on the common areas of the existing building including the main lobby, elevator lobbys and restroom facilities. Located in Austin, Texas, 98 San Jacinto is owned and is being rennovated by Cousins Properties.
