Architecture Animation 3D Axo Video

Longgang Incubator Tower is a unique new building typology designed specifically for technology start-ups in Shenzhen, China. Its continuous incubator ring design allows small businesses to occupy a variety of office sizes to suit their changing needs. The tower component is designed as an anchor office space for more established firms. Playhou.se produced this multimedia architecture presentation using 2D motion graphics, 3D axonometric animation and timelapse rendering to explain the archictectural concepts and the flexible office structure of the project to the design competition jury, who awarded the project first prize.
